ORDERS AND SHIPPING
GENERAL POLICY
Hardware Centre will endeavour to process delivery by dispatching ordered goods by no later than 7 working days after payment confirmation. Notwithstanding, delivery lead times dependant on product availability, the geographical position, time of purchase, the nature of the order as well as courier services limitations.
Should Hardware Centre be unable to effect delivery as undertaken herein, Hardware Centre will advise the customer via email and provide a revised dispatch schedule or full refund.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We do not advertise products on this website unless they are either: in stock at our Randburg or Cape Town branch or in stock at our suppliers warehouse.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It will typically take 5-7 business days for orders to be delivered to you.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
All ordered goods, exceeding an order value or R2500 will be delivered free to any major centres within the borders of South Africa. Any order below R2500 or promotional or special items will attract a delivery charge or R195 per order. Any unsucessful delivery to the delivery address supplied resulting in a re-delivery will be charged for and will be for the customer's account.
WHERE IS YOUR ORDER SHIPPED FROM?
We dispatch your order from any one of 5 locations in South Africa. Some orders will be dispatched from our Randburg or Cape Town stores. Other orders will be dispatched from either one of our supplier's three warehouses. (Johannesburg, Cape Town or Durban)
WHERE WE DELIVER
Orders are only delivered to delivery addresses within the Republic of South Africa. Hardware Centre does not do deliveries to farms or informal settlements. Remote areas not serviced by designated courier companies will be quoted for and will be for the customer's account.
OUTSIDE SOUTH AFRICA
Any orders for delivery outside the borders of South Africa should be addressed to online@hardwarecentre.co.za before placing an order on the website.
WHICH COURIERS DO WE USE?
We ship all our orders with either Kargo National or Right Side Up. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a waybill tracking number.
PROOF OF DELIVERY
The customer, by signing the delivery waybill, certifies receipt of the goods as per the order and in good and undamaged condition
